What it says: “Obama said he was going to bankrupt any new power plants that opened up that’s coal-fired and he’s keeping his promise.” What it means: I’m pro-coal, Obama will kill coal. (Both candidates are fighting for the coal vote.) Who will see it: The campaign didn’t say; according to a Republican media buyer Romney’s latest ad buy was in Iowa, North Carolina and Virginia.
